Or because it was competing with Nascar and the UFC's free fight card/coverage. But regardless, the average viewership for 24/7 is around 300K, this register 1-1.3 million, I'd imagine Top Rank is very happy with that result... maybe not CBS so much, but they probably didn't spend much money on it so it doesn't hurt them in the least.

I'd also wait for the Live SD7 numbers, gives a much better idea of how many people DVR'ed and watched the show within 7 days of it airing.

1.3 viewership is amazing. I see the ppv doing over one million with ease but no way does it top 1.4 which mayweather vs mosley did

I have this gut feeling that Pac/Mosley will do a bit better than May/Mosley PPV.
