Now, no. Unless Mayweather has lost more than a step he would quite easily decision Cotto. No question about it.

At his peak, Cotto was fearless and would resort to whatever means he had to to win. I wouldn't pick him, but he definitely had a good chance.

Cotto isn't fast enough to put hands on PBF. And he's not a strong enough puncher to get rid of him with a single heavy shot. I would have liked to see this happen 3 years ago but Cotto wouldn't win any more than 2 rounds.

Truth. Arum could've matched them at 140 when Floyd was still Top Rank but he protected Cotto instead.

I say Cotto had a good chance. Hell he still does! I just find it ****ing hilarious that Floid fans truly believe that not one current boxer can beat floid. That is the boxing joke of the century! hahaha

As much as I like Cotto, Floyd outboxes him all day long and twice on Sunday.

It's so crazy how people ignore fact when floyd had nothing to lose he called out Mosley, Mosley tooth hurt and he wanted a vacation. Then he was asked about Cotto he said anyone can get it including floyd this was when he was on top rank. And at that time Cotto's people said point blank cotto wasn't ready for floyd yet, so Flody moves on and get better pay days.

I believe Floyd is one of the best technical boxers ever and would have beat anyone trying to box him in his era all day. Only way I see floyd losing is flash KO where he just can't get back up. I like Cotto but Cotto was never good enough to beat Floyd people compare Mosley and Zab all day but between the 2 of them they only won 5 rounds. Marquez is a great boxer timing etc, but yet he lost every round to an inactive floyd. People make excuses about him being overweight but floyd didn't pressure him or anything just boxed him so even if the fight was at 130 floyd would have out classed him. I can go on but what's the point
