    Julio Ceaser Chavez TWICE
    Pernell Whitaker
    Hector Camacho
    Ike Quartey
    Fernando Vargas

    All of which are much highly recognised then any manny has beaten in the past! oscar beat them without ****** weightdrained rules.

          he fought fighters IN HIS PRIME and at their natural weight class..

          he was robbed against tito and mosley II IN THEIR PRIME...

          pacquiao is just a catchweight champ, they should of made him his own belt instead of him ruining the sports history by cheating his opponents.
