Does Floyd's statement saying "Pacquiao, you're next" mean he is willing to fight Pac with or without the test? Or is the condition still non-negotiable? If it still is, then he did not say anything new. He just said the same thing in a roundabout way.

yes great champion even past his prime he beat pacquiao and i am sure he is willing to take any test out there to fight the best but nobody suspect him of using PED's cuz his skills! the same skills he use to beat manny......

Thread was started because a certain Floyd stan said Pacquiao never stated in any interview that he wanted to fight Floyd.

Videos were shown of Manny saying he wanted to fight Floyd, and the goal posts were moved, "well, he only says it in paper interviews or on stations nobody watches. Hes never said it during an interview after a PPV fight".

Well, neither has Floyd.

I'm guessing with all of the pressure from the media, he will after the Ortiz fight. It will go something like this,

"y-you know, M-manny Pacquiao, he knows what he has to d-do if he wants to fight me. I w-w-w-want to fight him, but he has to take the t-test".
