"Take the tests, we got a fight." is clearly stating him wanting Pacquiao to take the tests, and we got a fight. It still doesn't mean he isn't afraid of Manny or losing(This is what you wanted to hear right douche?), but atleast he said if he takes the tests, we got a fight. If Pacquiao even said remotely something similar, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

In an article on Boxingscene after the fight fell apart the first time (when Arum released loads of bull**** lies to try and get to the media before them which turned out not to be true), I remember Floyd being pissed off and saying "not only do I want to fight Manny Pacquiao, but I wanna beat his punk ass too!", something like that, dont think it was caught on video though.

Dont think he has specifically said "I want to fight Manny Pacquiao!" in front of a PPV audience no, but you can try and twist it to make it sound whatever way you want by doing that, you can do that about any fighter.

He was asked about it after Mosley and he basically said if he wants it it aint hard to find him, but he aint fighting without the drug tests, I dunno if theres other quotes in press conferences saying he spefically wants Manny or not, Floyd aint really in the position were he feels the need to call people out though, they sorta call him out.
