In reality though only one company gets all the tickets which it then resells to everyone, and I mean everyone(including other ticket dealerships) at fixed prices, Because if they did not, they would be breaking a whole myriad of nasty commerce laws.
What, as i suspect, Haye wants, is for Wlad to resell an allocated amount of tickets to a dealership of Haye's choice so they could resell them at higher prices locally, thats about it.

Its actually called 'hold and sell' when a dealership holds tickets till the last minute so they could sell the 100$ ticks at 300$ charge

It will be a miracle if this fight ever takes place -- this petty issue is only the start of what is sure to be a stream of bull**** from Haye who is obviously looking for an issue he can appear "noble" about when he cancels the fight.
