I agree with you 100% but I can't find those fighters you're talking about? Besides Mayweather, who is elite with you're above mentioned credentials? We'll go pre Mosley: Berto, not elite but undefeated/welter. Bradley, not elite, undefeated but could make welter. Jmm, elite, consecutive wins but no chance at welter. I honestly think Cotto/Margs/Mosley beat any of those 3 at the welter limit.
