Depends on the fighters experience/nature and the nature of the win/loss.
Fighters like BHop, losses don't really seem to effect them negatively mentally in that they've been around long enough that their confidence isn't attached to their result.
Then there's the issue of robberies/close decisions.
That said typically a fighter coming off of a win is more dangerous than a fighter coming off a loss.
