    ESPN censors Rafael Chat Transcript

Dan Rafael in his chat today, in response to a comment, said he after Shannon Briggs attacked him on Twitter he wished the Vitali - Briggs fight had gone 15 rounds instead of 12.

When someone said that wasn't a nice comment, Rafael said, "It wasn't meant to be," and then adjourned the chat.

Those remarks now seem to be missing from the chat transcript, suggesting either Rafael or someone else at ESPN wanted them removed.

I wonder if he stopped the chat because he was getting a flood of negative comments?

Seems like he lost his temper.

Yeah, them taking out the remarks is very dishonest without some kind of explanation or apology.

Then why read the thread and comment on it?

If it's no big deal, why did they bother to take out the remarks?

One of the most well known boxing writers in the world wishes destruction and obliteration on a boxer. We should be talking about and tracking it.

Both hardcore and casual fans know who Dan Rafael is. He's the face of boxing for the sports empire ESPN.

If it wasn't a big deal, they wouldn't have bothered removing the comments.

if you think that's bad the first fight dan is making under his new position as matchmaker at hbo is vitali-briggs 2.
