Read an interesting interview with Amir Khan, in "Sport Magazine" which you get in gyms, in the UK.
Interviewer: You've got a new conditioning trainer, who's got you on organic food, rather than supplements, shakes and pills - do you feel any different?
Khan: It's made a massive difference, because I feel so much better now. I'm throwing power shots, and feeling better in sparring now. I'm seeing the impact of a good, natural diet.
Interviewer: Was the change motivated by the fact that when you got these pills, you didn't know what was in them? Whereas with a natural diet, you know exactly what is going into your system?
Khan: Exactly. Don't get me wrong, Alex did a great job, but Michael is more of a nutritionist. Your body is like a car. What you put into it is important. You'd want to know if you're putting Diesel into a Petrol car.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I'm thinking Khan only said a lot of this, as it was not for a global audience, and he'd have probably toned it down for say ESPN, but it seems to me that he's trying pretty hard to tell people exactly why he left Ariza.
He was worried he was being juiced.
It's also quite funny how Khan once tweeted a few months back about being stressed or worried about a drug test. He had to drink a lot of water or something to flush some stuff out. After that incident, he dropped Ariza..
