When, if ever, will it happen?? Rios is the WBA regular champ, Marquez is the WBA super champ. Does that make it a mandatory fight in future or what?

you CANT fight a WBA super champ
the regular champion makes the mandatory defenses and fights the number 1 contenders while the super one handpicks his opponents, this only happens when there are 2 WBA champs in the division, since there are single super champs in some divisions like welter or 108
its not really a bad thing when the champ is someone who takes on the best like JMM but in the case of john or sturm it leads to infinite title reigns
