And heres my list of the top of my head. Salido over lopez segura over calderon margarito over cotto chavez over rosario chavez over camacho sanchez over gomez sanchez over laporte. These guys are some of the best fighters you guys have produced. Tell me which one is most impresive?

The mmost impressive was Salido over Juanma. The most memorable is probably Sanchez over Gomez. The most hurtful was probably Cotto-Margarito since I have been following Cotto since his amateur days and I was there at MGM for that fight.

Naw i was asking which of the two list is most impressive. But see those fights hurt you guys bad. Had segura lost or some like marquez or barrera or morales lost to a bori that would be an impresive victory but most of our top fighters never lost at the elite level to a bori which is my point.

I must disagree salido over juanma wasnt impressive at all its not like he faught a great boxing match he beat juanma with a haymaker a fighter who was waaay too ****y didnt train good for the fight and over looked salido. I knew he was gonna lose and WV2 predicted he would lose. Juanma lost and im glad he did but cmon to go in againts salido thinking and wanting a ko was just dumb. He had to box win rounds and win the fight. It happens from time to time with champs. Juanma will have a better carreer same way oscar had a better career than sturm even tho we all know sturm kicked his ass. If they fight ten more times juanma wins atleast nine. As far as cotto margo thats a joke theres no doubt at all that margo cheated I mean look at the fight, the cuts on cottos face, the pic of his wraps after the fight. Cottos history with cuts before the fight people have been sent to prison for life with circumstantial evidence . Just cus marg didnt get caught doesnt mean it didnt happen. As far as sanchez gomez it was a fight between the best mexican fighter ever againts the best puerto rican fighter ever in my opinion. I have both careers on dvd and have studied and compared both fighters to all others.

Well Morales and barrera didnt have a top puerto rican fighter during there era other than Wilfredo Vazquez Sr but they never did meet in the ring so its hard to say they never lost when they never did fight.

Here are at least my top fighters and not in that order. Benitez, Gomez, Jose Chegui Torres, Carlos Ortiz, Trinidad, Camacho, Carlos "Sugar" De Leon, Esteban Dejesus, Rosario, Sixto Escobar, Samuel Serrano & Miguel Cotto, Alfredo Escalera.

* Calderon may squeeze in at the end and Juanma still has long ways to go before his name gets placed next to these.

You can probably get a handful at best that lost to a mexican and your point is clear but my point and how I see the rivalry is overall which is everytime a mexican-Puerto rican step in the ring.

That was no haymaker........the punch was going to land sooner or later. It was a matter of Salido timing him perfectly which he did and executed perfectly IMO. Juanma isnt a deffessive minded fighter to say it was a lucky punch from Salido. Juanma did have to box but thats a different subject. He lost that night to the better fighter that night and it was impressive of Salido to stick to his gameplan and pull it off.

Cotto vs Margs, yes..its very questionable but I stated that defeat hurt me at the time it happened. Me watching every single one of Cotto's fights since like 98-99 (Amateur) and watching my boy unable to continue was hard to watch. I was stating IMO what losses were impressive, hurtful and most memorable.

How do you know are their careers over so you could make a dumb stament like that. Well head to head they proved they are better fighters that night. And segura showed it twice. And sanchez and chavez both rank higher than gomez or any of your other fighters in any respectable p4p list in history. You get my point?
