Who's the worst Referee?

Every once in a while I find myself completely disagreeing with a ref. We've all been there. There are always times when they don't count a knockdown or show something we'd rather not see. Sometimes it seems that a ref may be turning a blind eye and sometimes it's just blatant favoritism.

Who do you feel has consistently performed poorly as a ref? If the Ref were a horse you'd have to put em down. That kind of poor refereeing.

Remember now, consistently showing poor performance as a Referee. Not just one bad night but repeatedly demonstrating incompetence.

Roger Tilleman

German who refereed the Ottke vs Reid fight.

I don't know what his consistancy is, but that one performance deserves a mention.

I'll give it five minutes before someone says "Mickey Vann".

Though off the top of my head (and this isn't because of any Brit bias) the two that stand out for me most recently are the guy who did Lacy-Reid (Forget Reid's own transgression - the guy hits him illegally after the break and he STILL gives him the ten count?) and the ref of Tyson-Williams.

They were both terrible displays of hometown refereeing!

Oh yea I forgot Jorge Alonso, he was very biased fan in the Lacy VS. Reid fight. Just as bad as any ref I've seen.

Also Richard Steel has always been a dirty ref, who can forget the Chavez/Taylor fight.

Even though it was only 1 fight you have to give a mention to Tilleman cos that was just laughable but not really! A guy I haven't seen for a while is Toby Gibson, can't stand the bloke and Jay Nady, not a big fan of his either much too fussy.

You remember he stopped the Chavez/Taylor fight with 2 seconds left. Also I'm forgetting right now, I remember he stopped like 4 or 5 more fights in a very weird way. I never trusted him, I think he works for the promoters just like the judge Jerry Roth. Both of these guys are very dirty in my opinion.
