Based on what? when was the last time Cotto looked good?

Jennings? that was years ago, and besides that its jennings

Cotto aint "prescotting" anyone, let alone a bigger stronger, tougher guy like Ortiz

Cotto takes it. I love ortiz but cotto is under rated in my opinion. He only lost twice, once to a guy who probably cheated and the other to the best fighter on earth. He'd take ortiz. For the record I'd LOVE TO SEE that fight, the ****ing war between tp and gdp has really ****** the life out of boxing. We could have so many great fights if the ****** and liar could cut the crap and get on with it.

        Cotto by decision.

Ortiz at WW seems a little more resilient. May be a better fight than people think. But can Cotto make 147 with no problems now? He came in close to 154 limit for Mayorga.

Ortiz may be younger and "possibly" stronger at this point, but Cotto's a really crafty guy with tons of experience along with a good body attack that can cause problems for Ortiz. Also, though Ortiz beat Berto, we can't forget he was getting nailed with hard shots, and I'm inclined to say Cotto hits harder than Berto.

In respect to his fight with Mayorga, not many people look incredible against Mayorga. But Cotto to me showed patience and stuck with his game plan and inevitably ended the fight with a TKO.

            Cotto would get knocked out....

enough of this Rican thinking he's still good, he fought Yuri Foreman and Mayorga....GTFO here. He just became more cautious under Steward.

another Mexican knocking a Rican the **** out!

              Ahahahahaha!

Ortiz fought Maidana... and Berto. One made him submit... the other was a bloated no legs havin hype job. Recall Berto already got whopped by Collazo. Yes a Rican.

How in the world do you kids bandwagon whenever a dude wins a fight? It's like he becomes p4p in your eyes. You did the same shyt with Caballero and when he got whooped, you all stayed silent. Like you weren't trying to make him out to be the next p4p king.

Cotto too strong for ortiz even at this stage and he would batter Ortiz into submission. Ortiz looked good against a flat Berto who had no legs on fight night. I think he still has the Quitor Ortiz spirit running deep in his soul and he WILL submit.
