Roach will throw in the towel...he ALMOST did it in the Khan/Maidana fight....he LOVES Manny like a son....so once Shane lands something nice and and Manny start to "Dougy"....Roach will save him
I really dont see the comparison what pac (arum)"will" do with jmm.I really don't. And i didnt understand what you ment by that mayweather had easier time with jmm. What does that mean? because what i know about boxing seems different than yours.Style makes fights. Jmm gave pac fits but lost badly to floyd. Pac destroyed oscar and yet floyd won by split descision and instead of a rematch with oscar he retired.hatton went 10rds with floyd and was competitive for the first 4rds but got destroyed by manny in less than 2rds. styles make fights.
Pac resume is impressive if you cant see that i dont know what to tell you. I think every sports writer would agree with me. 8 titles in 8 weight classes, 4 lineal champion, i dont know man. You like to nit pick pacquiao but he has been fighting bigger guys. Did he fight the best every weight class? no..i would be the first to tell you. His 135 campaign was a joke. DIdnt fight cambell, casmayor, soto etc.. Did he fight best 154lb dchampion ?nope either but still his resume far surpasses floyd. You cant deny this. Like you said..floyd fought who? corrales? fought judah after his lost to baldamor. Fought really faded arturo gatti to make a name for himself. who??? ducked margarito even tho was offered his biggest payday. After hatton he retired so he didnt have to fiht cotto, margarito . But floyd is still a talent cant knock him on that..still love to watch him fight. You dont think sugar rey leonard waited for hagler to slow down? cmon now. like i said pacquiao resume is way better than floyd. no comparison. no anaylyst would dare to say other wise. they know how foolish it will look if they did.
Rubbish !!
Manny Pacquiao's last 7 opponents.....
Lately, a number of observers have commented that all of Manny Pacquiao's recent opponents have either been old, faded, or inept. Let's take a closer look at Manny's recent fights, and see if there is any truth to that allegation.....
Accusations leveled at Pacquiao include.....
* Manny will not fight a skilled boxer
* Manny will not fight a skilled counter-puncher
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody who is coming off a win
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Let's apply that criteria to Pacquiao's last 7 opponents, and see how they stack up.

====================================
All-in-all, that is a damn shabby line-up for a supposed P4P fighter, especially when you consider all of the advantages afforded to Manny during those fights..... e.g. fighting for a vacant JMW title, at catch-weight, against a BUM, and using 8oz gloves
Now, I can understand a top fighter taking the odd bout against a lesser opponent..... but EVERY opponent in your last 7 fights?
How fkn lame is that ?
The last time Pacquiao fought a live dog was Marquez II, and according to a significant number of trainers/fighters/journalists/analysts..... HE LOST!!
SUMMARY: There is no question that Pacquiao is a manufactured fighter, with a padded resume'..... quite simply, just more Top Rank smoke and mirrors.

wow..i can do it to but much faster.. insert floyd in every pacquiao name. u used.. bam.. bingo..we have the same results.
whether it was manufactured by the same criteria with the past greats .pacquaio will go down as an all time great whether you like it or not.
"People will still talk about him after 300 years " Robert Garcia
This fight is a cash grab and stay busy fight, people are freaking out over nothing. Pacs doing the same thing floyd did, taking an easy money fight with an old fighter who used to be great. The only difference is when floyd fought him shane hadent fought in over a year and a half but was coming off a victory. Now he s coming of a draw he should have won but he s been active. I said it was a trash fight when floyd did it, and im saying it s a trash fight now. If u were sucking on the first fight, ain't no reason to listen to u spit on this one. People need to be consistent with the criticism, not sucking on one crap fight while ****ting on the other. Pacs done all he needs to doin boxing, the only thing left is a floyd fight. I don't have a problem with the guy padding his bank account a little at the end of his career. He's always delivered exciting fights, I ve always gotten my moneys worth, and he's fought guys no one would have ever dreamed he would, dude doesn't owe us anything. If the fight sucks that bad don't buy it.

Sure, but it's about timing, and perception.....
Mayweather fought Mosley when Shane was coming off a great win, when he was ranked the #1 welter, and when NOBODY thought that Floyd would take that fight.
Pac fought Mosley when he was clearly shot, when he looked old and vulnerable coming off the Mayweather/Mora bouts, AFTER previously turning down Shane twice.
There is more than a little difference there.
Nope, I won't be buying that fight, I have seen enough sparring sessions and exhibition match's from Pac.
