I rewatched jirov-Toney about 4 times in theast month.

Some of the most amazing up close camerawork of the brutal science in that fight. Usually from tv it's hard to fully understand the brutality in there but they fought infront of the ringside cameraman for minutes at a time towards the middle and end of that fight and it's incredible how hard those two dudes were. tHey fought literally one foot from the camera.

I have no doubt that either could compete in any era, especially jt.

Ali Frazier III - seen it probably 30 times

Leonard Benitez - best technical fight ever. Seen it at least 10 times

Pacquiao Hatton - brutal short fight. Does not require too much of a time commitment. Probably seen it 15 times.

Leonard Hearns - same as above. I've seen the first round probably 50 times. Very addictive.

Louis Schmelling II - I like to watch it with the pre-fight "USA vs. Hitler" build up footage and documentary. Seen it more times than I can remember.

A lot of great ones there.

Was Jirov basically toast after Toney beat him?

he wasn't the same. his big mistake was moving up to HW, where he would obviously not be able to compete on an elite level....

Have people seen the Benn v Watson fight?

With Benn throwing hundreds of bombs in the first few rounds. Watson not doing too much at first except having his hands at his face and head. Weathers the storm, then starts to throw his own bombs and was it Rd 5 or 6, he KOs Benn.

A classic. Sometimes called the British Hagler/Hearns.

                    Seen it?
