I'm not sure about that.

Pac will always give Mosley problems with his footspeed and general speed.

Obviously a prime Mosley would be a real test for Pac but I honestly would still lean on Pac to beat him.

No disrespect but I can't see it, Mosley was a speed demon in his prime, extremely durable, Pacquiao gets taken out in my opinion. Of course there is more to Mosley but those attributes alone would be extremely hard for Pacquiao to cope with.
