No, he was unaware of it. I'm sure the reporter wasn't lying about Roach wanting Mosley to take the test, but i don't think Roach and the rest of the crew were serious about it. Anyway, these *****s can yap yap their mouths all they wants to, but Manny is willing to do it now.
