Would be Pac greater than he is now if he stayed at 135-140 & cleaned the divisions?

I think Pac best weight class is between 135-140 in terms of his size and strength against equally the same size opponents. You think beating the best fighters in 135-140 can offer will make Pac even a greater fighter than he is now or he made the right decision when he moved up at welterweight?

he made the right business decision moving up in weight to fight the more lucrative names....but at some point he is gonna flame out big fighting theses bigger guys. he would be astonishing to watch at the lighter weights..he would be back to having one-punch ko power..not that he isn't fun to watch now!

If he never went to 147, a certain segment of fans would cry that he won't go up because afraid of a certain fighter.

Since the quality op is there and not at 147 I would think so. 147 is really ****ty right now. And has been for awhile.

That and he's afraid of playing with the big boys. Now that he had beaten them next to a pulp, he cherry picked them. So now we can expect "them" to say, he's afraid of the smaller, quicker, slick lightweights.

The quality of opposition by the time Pac moved up to 147 were loaded with talent with the likes of Cotto, Floyd, Clottey, Margarito and others. It's only now after Pac beaten a few of them became weak.

Agreed! I think he should move back down to 140 since there aren't any more good fights in welterweight. He'd knock everyone out.

And if Floyd does show up, he should move back up for that fight.

Pac made the right decision in moving up. It's made a greater fighter than if he opted to stay at 135-140.

I think he should of stayed for more than one fight. Should of unified with the baby bull. I know people think he is a bum but back then he was looking great. So many good fights that could of been made.
