You have a large part of the answer...100mil for ONE fight. If it's a guarantee $$, forgitaboutit. NO ONE will take it seriously. Hence, no offer. You know, if it is 70-100mil for two fights then it's MORE likely some sort deal can happen.

Floyd's trial just got pushed out til Sept 1st, he's probably not fighting again this year.

And Top Rank did not make an offer to Golden Boy and has not changed their stance on working with Golden Boy. They made an offer to Marquez directly where Top Rank would promote the fight without involvement from Golden Boy. They had to send Golden Boy a copy of the offer since they still retain the right to match any offer Marquez receives.
