I think some of you American's need to think logically rather than geographically, if Hatton was Mexican and Castillo was British you'd be picking Hatton even if you had never seen either of them fight.

That's rich coming from someone so blindly and biased-ly British.

Uh, hang on a minute. Accomplishments and pure ****ing Skill are entirely different things. Hatton is obviously much more SKILLFUL than Castillo and the vast majority of fighters, you'd have to be blind to say otherwise or just plain ignorant. All you have to do is watch Hatton's fights, that's all you need to do FFS.

I am gonna back Juy on this. I have seen Hatton fights. Hatton is the man right now. No question. He does have awesome skills. I was pissed he beat my man Zoo and I was hatin.

The truth is , Hatton is a very very skilled fighter, I don;'t think he is gettin the respect he deserves because he is a fighter out of UK.

Like Juy said, really watch a Hatton fight, I think Hatton takes a prime zoo. I was a hater too. I can''t deny the facts though. Nut huggin and **** is ******, hatin for no reason is too. The man deserves respect and recognization for his skills. He has got it from me.

I'm never biased towards British fighters, I think generally British boxing Sucks! The standard is awful, the training is awful, the mentality is awful, and there have been very few talented fighters to come from Britain. But Ricky Hatton is a rare exception, like I said I could tell he was a special one when I saw him at the ABA's eight years ago, I could tell he was different to the rest of them.

castillo and it aint even close

How can you say this. Hatton is way better defensively then Castillo. He's also quicker. The only thing Castillo is better in, is counter punching. To me defense is very important. I've seen 4 or 5 fights from Hatton, he's not easy to get hit. Castillo is one of the easiest guys to get hit. That's why I think Hatton has better skills then Castillo. I'm pretty surprise with the poll result.
