why is everyone sayin ortiz aint ready for floyd...

ortiz looked great against berto, who was probably gonna get a fight with floyd next. and i can't see floyd knocking ortiz out. If ortiz loses it will be by decision, theres no shame in that. It's not a very dangerous fight for ortiz. floyd usually stinks the joint out and then gets praised for his defensive skills. knowing floyd though he might pick berto as his next opponent.

This post is too funny,so let me get this straight..You want a guy who quit in the ring too fight May because he won't get beat up so bad(he will lose)and people wonder what's wrong with boxing..

I'm not too sure ortiz WILL lose. Ortiz has earned his stripes in defeat. which is more than mayweather has done in his most recent victories. put ortiz in with mayweathers last five opponents and ortiz wins by ko.

regardless, i hope wayweather is "smart" enough to accept a fight with ortiz. it makes business sense and according to most is not a very difficult fight for floyd. call it a tune-up to pacquiao fight.

no way the mosley or marquez that fought mayweather put a hurting on ortiz. Marquez at 147 and and D.A.R.E. to be drug free mosely? the doubt is certainly there.

well there would only be one way to find out and that is for them to fight... but according to most here no one belongs in the ring with floyd or pacman. So we bes n stop discuzin bot dis spurt.

Ortiz had a war with an overrated Berto, after quitting vs. a not very technical brawler. There's no reason whatsoever to state he would beat Mosley or Márquez, so yes, let's stop this.
