One very specific type of fighter who really pisses me off

Fighters from Argentina who have a billion bouts in their native Argentina, then frequently come up to the US or wherever for a title shot, lose, and go back down to Argentina to pile up a stack of no-hopers until they get their number of wins high enough to provide a glitzy enough record for a titlist to make an easy defense against.

Does anyone else get a bit irked seeing these type of fighters on the resumes of titlists?
