Marco Antonio Barrera vs Miguel Vasquez Set For June 4th

    IBF Lightweight Title

On the Chavez Jr vs Zbik it looks like. Very interesting fight, can Barrera make history?

I don't know much about Vasquez. I know he's more of a boxer. He's a much bigger guy. Maybe Barrera is going Morales and knows something we don't know. Then again I thought going after Khan was dumb...

What a terrible fight? Vasquez is going to embarass him, I know these guys have so much trouble letting go but danm at least take fights you have remote possibility of winning.

At lightweight i say thats the easiest fight. Rios to big and strong while vazquez a good boxer but has no power.

good fight for Barrera, but it will be tough because of Vasquez's awkward style. The article says De La Hoya is disappointed? why would I want to see him fight Morales for a 4th time and ruin the trilogy? imo they should all be going for their 4th title and then call it quits.

No they dont barrera and morales need to retire already. They will just add more looses to their records and end up like roy. They both dont have alot left. Morales and barrera will not beat any of the top guys at 135 or 140. He might have a chance against vazquez but he will probably loose this fight too.

Vasquez isn't a good boxer he is a great boxer. Barrera should be fighting C-class fighters like Anthony Peterson at lightweight.

Vasquez is an embarrassing shutout loss for Barrera at this point

yes I know they need to retire, but whether we like it or not they are still going to fight a few more times to get that 4th title. Vasquez is more of a boxer so Barrera isn't in any real danger of getting hurt. Barrera is not shot like Morales, just past prime and old.

Well the reason they are still fighting is that 4th tittle and out of the tittle holders vazquez seems to be the safest or soto but he isnt open. And yea do i think barrera loose to him or any other tittle holder at this stage.
