    Are you sure about that???

Most of the time, the court system likes to drag things out and I wouldn't be shocked if they gave him another court date later on this year.

He is charged under the federal code not state. Make no mistake they are trying to put him away for significant time, not probation or community service. And this case is not going to be over this week. It could potentially last a long time. I hope it's resolved as soon as possible. I'd love nothing more for Floyd to take a tough fight but we all know that is not going to happen.

I can tell you this, if they were being offered a community service/probation offer they would have already taken it. I think the DA wants a trophy and is trying to get jail time for PBF. The more that the case gets continued by PBF's attorneys the worse it looks for him.

Absolutely. Federal prosecutors are notorious for this, their careers are made off these big cases. Federal prosecutors also only file charges if they intend to win, unlike state prosecutors who are more willing to file charges and make plea bargains.

They are trying to put Floyd away for 34 years, not community service or probation. And the case will be decided by one hardass federal judge not 12 jurors, which only makes it more likely he could get serious time.

It seems like the time is right to sucker HBO into a big money fight against a smaller man, so I
could see him trying to get a fight with a lightweight or a junior welterweight that poses no threat to him.

Why don't u stop with the nonsense. With the exception of one fight, after a 2 yr layoff, please name me another fight where Floyd was substantially the bigger man. In fact, going back many years, Floyd has come in the ring as the smaller man in almost every case.
