Lets not let that overshadow the fact that Purrity was a very tough customer and had went the distance with a ton of other very good, and some very hard punching fighters including Brian Nielsen, Kirk Johnson, Tommy Morrison, Hasim Rahman, Michael Grant, Corrie Sanders, Larry Donald, Chris Byrd, Alexander Dimitrenko and most recently Eddie Chambers. Not only that, it must be noted that Wladimir was easily winning the fight before getting exhausted to a point to where he couldn't defend himself.

See, here we have quite incontrovertible proof that the above statement is a load of old cobblers. It would be interesting to see how edgarg responds to this, assuming he even responds at all. Given that he's firmly convinced himself (if no one else) that Vitali's cut was caused by a headbutt, I expect something equally inventive and head-shakingly absurd.
