That sucks.

I was at Montiel vs. Alcazar and I'm a pretty big Montiel fan so I was cheering him on. Then the next day I find out that Alcazar died and I had been cheering for him to take punches. It shook me up pretty good for a week, I was wondering why I followed such a brutal sport.

The thing is about boxing it's man to man a test of skill and will just two guys nothing else.

In other sports, they can cheap shot you all day when you are not looking.

I never want to see anybody hurt bad, but I do love the ko.

I think it's just something hard wired in us that we like the fighting sports.

Yeah it's just something unfortunate that comes with the territory to being a fight fan.

Where you at in Philly?

I used to have to go there and I remember some of the counties, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and what not.

Proly ****ing up the names.

I remember all the sports arenas were in the same place and the main roads it was either 75 or stop, nothing in between.

And in Mercer County NJ you are not allowed to make a left turn anywhere.

I live in north Philly, please don't get started about that **** hole they call New Jersey. Yeah all the sport complex are next to I95.

Tonight's card was very good. I hope they put together more like this. First fight was hilarious with the hit on the break (twice) and the collapsing rope. Then Tommy Z knocks out a guy with a 1-2 record who fights once every 3 years. Then an absolute war I had Marroquin edging out 96-94 but he loses a split decision taking his first L. Great great fight though, best fight of the night.
