Does Cotto plan to fight before the Marg showdown this September?

Or is he gonna sit out until then? I remember the original plan was to fight Mayorga, then take on Marg in the summer, and then have a fight in the fall (Sergio Martinez was a name that was thrown in). I can't see Cotto taking another tune up fight or a big fight before he fights Marg so can we assume he's just gonna wait until September?
