      You dont lose strength on the bench press unless you dont eat. That is one thing I noticed.

      As far as me being inactive lifting weights goes......the only muscles I struggle lifting with are my triceps and hamstrings.

      Normally I use close to 100 lbs on tricep pulldowns. If I quit working out, I can only pulldown 50 without spraining my elbows.

      I have done that too many times. But my arms are ****ing huge. Thats for sure. And not on 1 rep. Like two sets of 10.

        True,but with all the drinking I do I know it's made a little weaker in that area.Now on tricep lifting and **** I'm an animal I was doing tri-blowouts with 130 and let me tell you that ****in killed me bad everytime.I wouldn't be able to move my arms for at least 6 hours.

          If I went into my weightroom right now....and tried that.

          I might break my arm in half at the elbow. That is alot of weight man.

          Although that is my favorite muscle to work out. My triceps are actually the same size as my biceps.

              275 and 250 are horrible for a guy your size. I hold state and national powerlifting records at 175. You must be flabbly and fat and have droopy pecs. Suprising you can punch hard. but kind of like (babe ruth) digustingly fat but could hit hard. Like you a fat slob who thinks he can hit hard but probably cant, I would ***ing flatten you in a second!!

                  im 6'1 210, i squat 350, bench 260, dead lift 380, not the greatest but still pretty good
