Maybe because Berto was the Champion didn't get completely demolished and also dropped Ortiz twice, I feel he deserves a shot at getting his belt back, and I wanna see if Ortiz can hold on to the belt against the guy he took it from.

1. how did berto get the belt. who'd he beat, who has he beat, and who has ortiz had a draw with?
