The guy's going to be ****ting in his pants at the prefight staredown. In the back of his mind..he's going up against 2 Klitschko's... He knows if he does anything nasty or comes close to decapitatation of Wlad.. he will NOT live to tell about it. The dude is going to be fighting scared.. more scared than Wlad. All you have to do is look at the last 2 fighters he fought who were Wlad's size or bigger. Those 2 ( Fraudley & Valuev) didn't have half the power Klitschko does in either hand. He was so cautious waiting for the other fighter to throw something at him that he was willing to go the entire fight without throwing a single shot just so he didn't have to commit & take a risk. Dude looks good when he opens up but ask yourself if he's really going to..especailly when Wlad has a jab that the other 2 didn't possess. He won't be able to run all night long & if he gets too close Wlad will hug him back to proper knockout distance. This is like when Audley was talking so much crap to Haye.. he wanted to believe it but knew it was just trying to convince himself... Haye actually talked less than Audley in the prefight because he knew he was the better man.. He doesn't know that now.

Very true. When he is petrified is when he talks the most crap. He said very nasty, childish things about Nico Valuev because he was frightened of him, and now he's in the same mode because he's petrified of Wladimir.

I can picture haye getting knocked out early against wlad and Wlad being pissed off because he wanted to do 12 rounds of damage before the KO. I really hope Wlad gets to beat him up for more than 2-3 rounds because Haye deserves a beating and hopefully he gets it.

The more Davey babbles, the more unconfident and insecure of his own abilities he appears. He should keep his head down a little bit more and stay focused on his actual fight preparations. Why does he need to bark in the media all day long? The fight is already super hyped and will sell massively. All this babble is redundant.

It's not to "sell the fight" as some of his fanboys keep saying. It's because he is frightened and is trying to convince himself that he can win this fight.

He will want to fight Haye obviously, but Haye has said he will not postpone his retirement beyond October and Vitali is fighting Adamek in September. That fight is already signed for, and unless Haye suddenly decides that 8 weeks is enough time to prepare for a fight, which is unlikely considering the Chisora situation, how is this fight going to happen before he retires?

Just yesterday I read that Haye was asked if he beat WK and his retirement date came before he could fight VK would he retire. He answered, Well..NO. Of course being contingent on beating WK this is not likely to happen, and his retirement can go on as planned.
