I said it's not really relevant if you believe Roger because when CONTRACTS come around to be signed all of a sudden all this agreeing to tests disappears by Manny. There's always a complaint over a cut off in the end. He can say whatever he wants on camera... if you have nothing to hide sign the damn contract to take OST w no cutoffs then.

pac never agreed in the past so i dont know your talking about and how do u expect someone to sign a contract when floyd said he's not thinking about boxing right now. if floyd want the fight then call pac's bluff then we'll really find out if pac is bull*****ing or not. its pretty simple now for floyd since pac said on camera so all floyd needs to do is answer.

That's how it is. While Pacquiao does his best to be likeable, his fans do their best to make him look like ****. But they are his fans and his problem.

He did according to Roger. Last negotiation they did recently (for the possible Africa bout I'd wager) he wouldn't take tests within 5 days this time. Floyd is staying consistent on the OST issue. So we have what so far? No testing for 14, 7, and 5 days out turned down. Even if you don't believe Roger this **** has been halted multiple times when it gets to the dotted line part on this already.

Tired of the bs. When Manny presents a signed contract for OST w no cut off, and his end of the rest is all signed up just to be dropped on Jr.'s doorstep, then I'll believe he'll take the tests. Until then.. all talk.
