Whether that's believed or not is irrelevant though, we do know every time it comes for a contract to be signed OST w cut offs starts being pushed back up by Team Pac again.

pacman is not suing the mayweather because they asked for OST, he's suing them for accusing him of being on something with no proof. mayweather sr made it public and accused manny on being on peds with no proof or evidence. like i said if they would of just kept quiet and then asked for OST during the negotiation im pretty sure it wouldnt turn into what it is now..

The lawsuit was filed because everybody, including Oscar in a newsletter, asked why Manny was delaying in accepting to agree to undergo random blood testing when supposedly Bob "had everything worked out except for a few minor details." When they asked: "We don't understand what's taking so long, is Manny scared to fight???" , that's when Bob said "Fight is off!!! -- We're suing you!!!"
