How often does a referee actually count to ten?

    This has been a nuisance of mine for a while. They barely ever count to ten. Its annoying

        the ref during tyson-douglas fight counted to 9 3/4

            That's what's weird about the Pac-Hatton fight. Kenny Bayless didn't even bother to count and it is still recorded as a knockout (which it should be). Does it matter if the ref counts or not to still be counted a KO?
