The Puerto Rico Boxing commission sanctioned unbeaten jr lightweight Jose Miguel Cotto to a three month suspension for not making the required weight in his last outing against Manuel Medina for the IBF #1 Spot. Top Rank will replace Cotto's scheduled fight in the upcoming edition of San Juan Boxing Nights with a showdown that will include Henry Bruseles.

He did, he beat Maussa, a belt holder, meaning Cottos good enough to hold two belts...and hes supposed to be an Olympic gold winner...
