actually, i feel kinda sorry for clottey. its difficult as it is trying to get into a good fight, let alone an undercard.

i imagine he's being very upset with himself for getting out of a fight over such a simple, totally avoidable mistake.

i hope for his sake that he'd get another fight for himself soon.

if he twist his ankle it can take a while to heal.. i twist mine about 2 months ago and its still swollen.. i heard some ankle injuries can take a year to heal fully..

random fact: eating lots of chilli helps because that's got high anti-inflammatory quality..
