Its real sad that boxing gets WAY ahead of itself

i was one of the very few here that when Berto-Ortiz got signed that I woulda thought itd be a great fight while people thrashed it. I also had Ortiz winning while everyone had Berto as a safe blanket pick. No one realized that when Ortiz exchanged with anyone, he had the power to put you on your ass.

But regardless, he beat berto now we have everyone pinning Ortiz againest May, Pac. **** is ridiculous. Im glad hes back on top, but i have a feeling hes going to get ruined by tossing him into the big dogs asap. really? he just got his confidence back, let him build on more strong wins then let him loose. I see a Vargas hapening to him which is sad. cashing Ortiz out instead of giving him a bright future.

this just doesnt happen with Ortiz, but with Margarito Pac, and others. and we fans support this ****. we all are ruining boxing with political bs. we let promotors continue to put these bs matches and support them.

stop patting yourself on the back cuz you're not that special. you were nowhere near the only one, I had about 5 bets on here with people (I had berto) and a ton more people wanted to bet me. It's not like Ortiz was some 10-1 underdog.

one thing's for sure, a non-quitter Ortiz is a very good fighter. Even southpaws give other southpaws problems. I'd love to see Pac/Ortiz, but the TR/GBP feud makes this a fantasy fight

Um,Ortiz was already at his lowest point bro.But what I don't get is why U believe that him losing to Floyd or Manny is bad. They are considered the best fighters in boxing.Floyd won't fight & Manny is beating old men &,cheaters & no-hopers.Berto has had his title under lock & key beating marooka's this whole time while Floyd & Manny have allowed it.Someone had to take it,Ortiz did.If he wants to fight them,I say make it happen.Hell maybe he Berto's 1 of em,**** it.

Ortiz needs another big fight and before Pac and May. That will give everyone an idea of whether he is really ready for that level. I would like to see Cotto coming back down to 147 to fight Ortiz.
