i love victor his my dude but i have to say i.m.o.(key word here guys I.M.O.) manny would GIVE HIM A TRASHING!! it would be a war for a bit but then when manny starts pouring it on victor would end up losing the war!! hes just not ready, no if or buts about it!! i say 1.rematch marcos and do what he should have done in the first fight and handle that kid/this time finish him 2.then fight amir khan and i believe victor can beat him 3.then rematch lamont and again do what he should have done in the first fight and beat him 4.fight with sugar shane and who knows how that fight will or can go but it would be something I.M.O. 5.fight manny.

You really being honest about that? You can really see Ortiz beating Cotto, Clottey, DLH, Hatton, and Margs in better fashion than Pac did? What do you think Pac would do to a guy like Maidana for instance?

When they are fighting different guys it's easy to say he'd do this or that..once in the same ring though....wow. I'll give it to Ortiz, he'd make it tough for .......about 3 rds maybe. Pac always studies for a rd or 2, then by the 3rd or 4th rd, he steps on the gas just to see how the other guy responds. 99% of the time, the other guy looks like an amateur when this happens and then that is pretty much all you need to see. Pac can let the other guy build confidence just for the sake of humiliating them at will and giving the fans something to get out of their seats about.

If Ortiz has any success, it's because Pac lets him have it.

And, it baffles me how you could come to the conclusion that "Ortiz to get a beating by Pac".

FACT: The only welter that Pac has EVER fought at 147 is, Josh Clottey.

Ortiz is the polar-opposite to Pac's last 8 opponents - 9, if JMM is next.

When did Pac last fight a skilled, prime, champion, who was on top of his game, and coming off a great win?

Cotto was coming off a big win vs Clottey,Clottey was coming off a great fight with Cotto..Hatton was never beatin at 140lb,JMM was beat at 130lb and was/is a beast..I think you just don't wanna give Manny his just due here bro..I want Pac May just like anybody else but to discredit Manny and what he has done in these few yrs sounds a bit like a bitter fan who blames Pac for the Mayweather fight for not coming off..

As for Ortiz he would not beat a Cotto maybe not even Clottey,the jury is still out on this young man and I'm surprised so many are ready for Manny to fight(let's be honest)such an unproven fighter..Is it so when Manny blast him out you can discredit him more by saying Ortiz was not ready??

Ortiz is(imo)not as good as a Marga's and Pac dismantle Marga's..TBH Marga's was one of Pac's only recent fights I had a problem with..Ortiz throws no jab dude,and while he was more skilled then Berto..He could not tie Manny's shoes if they were LA Gear Velcro Straps..Why not let Ortiz prove himself before jumping the gun,I said it before beating Berto was a good win..But it was a win over a unproven fighter,to say he belongs in the same arena as Pac is an insult and comes off as hate..I know your better then that Big Bro..

2.unify the tittle at 147lb..

3.Fight the Winner of Khan Bradley..

4.Get a fight with an established former WW like a Cotto or a Marga's or even a Shane if he is still around..For name recognition..

5.Fight Manny..

* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game

And, Marquez won - at least - the second fight. I would like to be able to say that is just my humble opinion, but that is not just my humble opinion most observers had Marquez edging that fight.

The key indicator is, that Ortiz is on top of his game, that factor simply cannot be applied to ANY of Pac's last 8 opponents (incl Mosley).

No, I simply will never agree with you on that one.

According to Arum, Berto was ready, so how could Ortiz not be ready ?

He is CLEARLY the #3 welter, in his prime, and on top of his game.

There is simply no more suitable opponent for Pacquiao or Mayweather than the #3 welter, who is in his prime, on top of his game, and coming off a great win.

If you disagree, then name a more suitable opponent. And bro, no exhibition match's or catch-weight's please.

Forget option #1. It is highly unlikely that Berto will jump straight back into a rematch.

Option #2 is clearly the best decision.
