Fearweather is just waiting while Manny is fighting tough opponents , hoping for to age in the ring . The drug testing thing is BS , PBF has no right to ask , much less demand such a thing , it should have gone through the boxing comission . PBF just threw that out to spook Manny because he knew he didn't like to have blood drawn before a fight . The last time he did he lost , probaly just superstious but what ever , PBF knew it and used it as a reason to either not fight him or try and get in his head.
