While Floyd is on vacation, Pacquiao is giving the fans what they want, like a fight against the #3 P4P, WBA Welterweight champion and #1 ranked Welterweight Shane Mosley, oh wait that's what he was when Floyd fought him. He's no longer in the top 10 P4P list, he's no longer a champion, he's no longer the #1 welterweight, and he hasn't won a fight at welterweight in 3 years.
