Andre fits some criteria for a Pacquiao opponent. Andre is coming off a loss and he isn't promoted by GBP. The Ortiz fight might have given Andre some new fans. Now that Andre has suffered his first loss, I could definitely see Pac fighting him.

His recent opponents have either come off a loss or looked terrible in their last fight. Clottey lost to Cotto. Margarito looked less than stellar against journeymen Robert Garcia, and Mosley struggled to a draw (in a fight a lot of people thought he lost) against Sergio freaking Mora.
