[[[I know enough about Winky son. If he's so vicious then who is the last man he KO??? He's a great defensive fighter, he covers his body & face. He won just about every round against Tito, but he never hurt him once. That tells you that his power isn't that great.]]]
==================
Let's put it this way sonny, Winky was more interested in winning a fight than hurting Tito. Only one fighter ever KOed Tito and that was an all time great, so that tells me your analysis is soft, not Tito's chin.
Winky's last 6 fights over the past 3 yrs have been against fighters who average a record of 39-3 with a half a KO loss between the bunch. Three of those fights were against future HOF fighters. I never stated that Winky was a powerhouse, but he can apply power when needed and obviously he ain't needed to apply it lately, pitching shutouts in all his recent fights. His jab is power enough which a true connoisseur appreciates.Comment

winky just needs to fight more and be more "exciting" to the public. me personally i like watching technicians, i think that is just as exciting to watch someone take apart another fighter tactically. but if winky would get some ko's in his next couple of fights or knock down some dudes, he'll be worth what is considered a Big Money Draw. it's also how he is promoted too, they really don't try to hype him up like they do a lot of other fighters, i.e. Klitchko's, peters, cotto, hatton, etc. there isnt any real buzz around his name other than he's a excellent fighter, with great defense and the risk isnt worth the reward in fighting him. why risk losing, trinidad found out the hard way, winky ****ed up some serious cash for him......Comment

Some of you people seem to think Floyd is a huge draw... to who? To boxing fans, and boxing fans would still like to see Winky fight a lot too. Random sports fan still hardly know who Floyd Mayweather is, so don't pretend like he's going to bring in big PPV numbers on his own. Floyd vs Winky should be 50/50, but at worst if need be it could be 60/40, even though I think he deserved and has earned a split.Comment

If he is so good, You should pay £100 to watch each of his fights on PPV. Him against Bernard "boring" Hopkins would turn people off boxingOriginally posted by raesaadDude he wins that is all that matters meaning people need to give him at least an equal share depending on who it is.The guy deserves respect he is a great BOXER which is what the sport is called even though yes we all want to see the big KO but true fight fans can handle watching a good technical boxer alot of people must wish they could be that good too.Comment
