    Margarito is Mexican.
contradiction, your entire argument for Donaire being Filipino is that he was born in the Phillipines, but meanwhile Margarito was born in America yet you consider him Mexican.

were talking nationality here, not culture. and incidently, Donaire obviously has American cultural heritage since hes lived here most his life.

fact, Donaire is an American citizen. fact, his nationality is American(and Filipino since hes a dual citizen).

No my argument is that he was born in the Phillipines to Phillipino parents, represents the Phillipines and calls himself the Filipino Flash.

He doesnt fight for America....but cool, claim him if you want. I guess times are that desperate...lol

          The rest are pretty *****.

So what do you think about Khan vs Ortiz or Khan vs Berto or Khan vs Bradley for that matter?

          They are all 3 ****?

theres no such thing as claiming. Donaire is Donaire regardless of his nationality.

he is a dual citizen of America and the Phillipines, thats all that matters nationality wise.

all of them except for Margarito are Americans. you cant change that with any silly argument, they are United States citizens, and thats all that matters in terms of nationality.

Wrong. Most of those were born here, so they are from here. That is all.

Lennox Lewis learned to box in Canada yet the Brits still want to claim him.
