. Jmm is at the end of his career looking for a pay day and he's willing to get the **** kicked out of himself in order to get it. Personally I hope jmm signs with gdp and the fight never comes off. We've already seen that movie and I know how it ends. This time jmm would need to go to the hospital after wards and it would be pointless.

If floyd doesn't find his nuttz and I mean fast, they need to look towards ortiz or bradley. **** beating up on a dude u already beat up on before, and that goes double for cotto. Been there, done that, lets all move on. It aint 2008 no more boyz, time to stop living in the past.
the pac fans hear the name marquez and get shook.why wouldn't you want your hero to finally beat the 1 man who alot of people feel manny never beat and it's funny how mannys fans say that manny will destroy marquez yet in 2 fights marquez won double the rounds than manny

ferdinand Marcos, that's what floyd said back in spring 2010. Ever since then we've heard "im on vacation" and from Ellerbe "no negotiations took place" even though impartial 3rd party Greenburg said they did. So if Floyd wanted to fight PAc, and it was really still about the blood tests, why all this conjecture about going on vacation and denying negotiations even took place?

I actually would've preferred to see Pac- Berto, but after seeing what Ortiz did to him, imagine what Pac would've done.

Plus, I don't get why some people complain that Pac fights floyd's leftovers. de la hoya was favored to beat Pac, and the odds on Pac/Hatton were close to even (maybe Pac was -130), so it's not like Floyd put such a beating on them that they were shot fighters who were deemed to have no shot. Plus Floyd wanted no part of Cotto at 147, which is one of the reasons why he retired. And this is all after obtaining 5 wins over HOF trio Barrera, Morales, Marquez.

Basically what I'm saying is, although Pac deserves criticms for his recent opponents, Pac has fought great competition in the past; this is just his last couple of fights
U read my mind. People confuse floyd winning a fight and floyd putting a beat down on a guy way to often. Floyd doesn't put the hurt on fools the way some guys do, he rarely ko's anyone. His most recent fights almost always go to the cards. No one is "ruined" after facing floyd, they just can't deal with his d and they lose on points. All this, "floyds left overs" **** is a joke. Floyd fought jmm, a dude pac fought twice, I guess he fought pac's "left overs". Contrary to popular belief ( at least on this site ) a loss doesn't mean ur washed up, or left overs, or over rated, it means u lost a fight. The very best of the best have lost fights and lose fights. Only after a sever beat down can someone's career be called into question, and I'd love for someone to please point out the last time floyd put a career ending beat down on anyone. He's just not that kind of fighter

Obviously. It's not like Pac can wait on Mayweather and I don't see why anyone would think he would.

Manny should donate one of his nuts to floyd maybe that'll give Floyd the confidence to fight him.. Just sayin....

paquiao last fight was for a 154 tittle so i don't see why it's such a problem to fight at 154 now
sergio and his team said he will move up to 168 eventually but they are tryin to get the big money fights fisrt which so happened to be from 2 ww who have both won jrmw tittles

Pac has earned the right to fight in the weight class he chooses. The catch weights were b.s., but that being said, you can't criticize a guy for not wanting to move up in weight, ESPECIALLY after he's already moved up in weight multiple times.
Pac's last fight was for the 154 lb title, but it was contracted for either 150-151. The only reason it was even over 147 was so they could claim that Pac won a title in an 8th weight class. He had no intention of staying at jr. middle. Plus Martinez is a middleweight, as he hasn't fought at 154 in 2 yrs. So, please criticize for fighting Margarito and Mosely instead of more deserving challengers; but to criticize Pac for not wanting to fight the middlewieght champ at 154 when he's a small 147 is a bit much.

First off pac isn't my hero, no boxer would ever be a "hero" of mine, it's entertainment and I approach it from that point of view. Now as to ur question about jmm, I just don't see it as being competitive, sorry. I don't like the mosley fight either but at least he's got a punchers chance. Jmm did win more rounds, but he kept getting knocked on his ass during the ones he lost. U can't win a boxing match on ur ass. At any weight above 140 it's gonna end bad, and all u fools screaming about jmm now will change ur tune with in 24 hours and show up the next day, and do ur best to discredit the fight saying jmm was old, or he should have fought at 135, or pac just took that fight with jmm to duck ortiz, or whatever. Pacs only got a few fights left, why waste one on a beat down? We're already wasting one on mosley, we don't need to throw jmm the same bone. He already had to shots at the man and failed, that was during his prime, and at his prime weight, why should I think he's gonna even do close to that good this time? I'd just like to see pac move on to BIGGER and better things then a light weight who can't stay on his feet. Now if the fight happens I'll watch it, just don't be surprised when jmm ends up leaving on his back and I show up the next day and say I told u so.
