I remember in AIT we were to be transported by a Puerto Rican officer. Well, there were turtles all over this highway and the dude couldn't stand to think they'd get runned over so he stopped for every one and ran onto the highway to remove them. We wound up being late because he spent so much time running onto the highway.

I think Vasquez qill be super-motivated against Arce and will turn the tide a little on the PR-Mexican war. Arce will be very motivated himself but his age, possible cuts, and slower reflexes I think will be hard to overcome against Vasquez. But perhaps it will give Puerto Ricans some comfort for a change by a Vasquez win. Cant see Arce winning.
