Why is Mares favorite over Agbeko?

I think if anything this is a close fight, but at a glance I find myself giving the edge to Agbeko? Triangle theory means nothing as we all know, but judging from how both men handled Darchinyan.. I think stylistically Agbeko has a distinct edge in how they matchup. Can someone please explain why/how they think this would play out for Mares? Please discuss!
