This would be a very interesting fight if it happened. I think PW wins though, and it might not be close. Lara throws very few punches, and doesn't have massive one punch knockout power so he could very well be overwhelmed by PW's work rate.

Williams would body Lara. No way he can keep up with that workrate. When people throw non stop at him he balls up and bends over. He has no remedy for a guy like Paul.
