So you want him to make an excuse for something that hasn't happened yet? I'm guessing if he takes a fight with Marquez you'll whine he should be fighting Ortiz or Martinez. But if its a Martinez fight it should be Marquez cus of unfinished business. And again if he fights Ortiz you'll want an explanation as to why he didnt fight someone else. I agree the Mosely fight is lame, but if you don't like it don't buy it. But don't look for excuses for something that hasn't happened!

I think it was more about Tony's fight night weight than anything he was able to absorb most of the shots without going down even though he was getting rocked at times.. cuz he was huge at fight night and manny was still 147 or something if i remember cuz if this fight was at 147 and tony came into the ring in the 150's he would have got brutally KO'd again cuz he wont b having that dramatic weight difference but i surely have doubts about shane cuz he aint got stamina like tony and tony does have a iron chin as well but i still see pAC KO/TKO mosley before round 9

There's something I'm missing from all this 154 debate.

The 154 strap was vacant. Right?
How did Margarito who came from a year's ban and get a title bout after just one fight.
Shouldn't a vacant strap be online between the top two contenders of that strap.

Like I said those things are not clear to me. Maybe you can educate me.

Mosley vs Pac

It does make since for Pac to force a fast past fight as Shane seems to fade later in fights he just has to do it smartley. Plus Roach knows Shane has gotten old which is why he now will take the fight as opposed to fighting Shane after he beat Margacheato so badly.

pacquiao is going to beat up mosley i don't doubt it, the problem for pacquiao is not going to be mosley's punches, its going to be mosley's head butts and the way pacquiao cuts it can be a problem cause mosley leads with his head alot so that is an advantage for mosley.

Mosley will be in shape as always and dangerously strong early. But Manny will set a very violent pace, and by 8, Mosley will feel every bit of 39 yrs old or however old he is, and get stopped.
