Cintron even though a bit out there is a good boxer with serious ko power and has come in on FN at 169 before, he would probably ko Vic who just moved up and beat a lets be honest mediocre and unproven Berto even if he did it convincingly.

very true, i don't like him at all, but i know he isn't a bum either....
as for ortiz/cintron, i don't like cintron, so i'd root for ortiz
