Report says his case should be resolve by early June, so probably we're not going to see him fight until September.

I believe that Donaire's next appearance in the ring will have to wait until the legal verdict is handed down as to whether he has any kind of legitimate complaint. I don't believe he has, and unless he comes to his senses, tells his wife to stay out of his business, and apologises to Arum, it may be yet quite a while.

However, I think that Arum knows that Dinaire is only and impressionable kid, faced with real money forthe first time in his life and will be easy on him and get sown to the business of making him a good well paying fight. As he was in the middle of doing when Golden Balls was discovered sneaking in to steal Donaire away.

His contract with Top Rank should legally , as far as I can judge, last untl late June 2013.
